Customer Support Manager
Part Time Permanent Position - 15 hours per week
Driftwood Eco Tours provide multiday vehicle adventures to less travelled locations of the Upper South Island. Our focus is exceeding customer expectations, taking them on a journey of nostalgia, natural history and a chance to meet the locals. Our visitors are mostly Kiwi who are mature and discerning travellers. We respect and give back to the communities we in which we operate.
We are seeking a person who likes to go the extra mile and would like to get on board with us to take our business to the next level. This is an exciting role for a motivated person who likes responsibility.
Your role would be to give our clients who are in the 65- 85 age group, an exceptional enquiry and booking experience and streamline tour enquiry and booking system. You may also have the opportunity to drive our social media and advertising campaigns if this is a skill you have developed.
Work hours are flexible and a suitable candidate is welcome to work from home. We would expect regular, clear communication with management and a sound knowledge of our products.
Answering all customer enquiries by phone, email and social media.
Processing booking from first contact to invoicing.
Developing a streamlined booking process while maintaining a personal customer experience
Creating a social media strategy
Communicating closely with the team
The following skills are prerequisites:
A friendly personality with the willingness to go the extra mile to give our visitors an exceptional experience from point of enquiry to post tour follow up
Experience in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. (Xero software is an advantage) A team player, open and trust worthy
Proven track record of working in employment where a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are required
We offer flexibility, you are welcome to work from home. The rate is $21 an hour with an allowance for utilities if working from home.
